Shipping policy
Buy Online, Pick Up In-Store
For a convenient option, select “Buy Online, Pick Up In-Store” at checkout. Just enter your address, choose “Pickup” as the delivery method, and provide a phone number and email address. You’ll receive a notification via text or email when your order is ready for pickup.
Orders placed during store hours (Monday-Saturday, 8 AM-7 PM; Sunday, 10 AM-5 PM) are typically ready within 4 hours for same-day pickup. Visit the front desk upon arrival, and we’ll have your order ready for you.
Order Fulfillment & Shipping Times
We aim to process and ship orders quickly. Standard fulfillment time is 2-5 business days from order placement, followed by an estimated 3-5 business days for transit.
Please Note: Shipping rates shown at checkout include estimated transit times based on your location but are not guaranteed. You can track your order anytime via the link in your shipping confirmation email.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
A confirmation email with tracking information will be sent once your order is shipped. Allow up to 24 hours for the tracking link to activate.
- Orders are shipped through UPS, FedEx, or USPS.
- Shipping costs are calculated based on weight and distance from our store.
- We currently do not offer expedited shipping, ship outside of the U.S., or to PO Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Shipping Speed & Estimated Transit Times
Transit times vary by location, with standard UPS Ground averaging 3-5 business days. Products shipped directly from suppliers are not eligible for expedited shipping.
Shipping Costs & Free Shipping
• Free Shipping on orders over $150.
• For all other orders, shipping costs are based on weight and distance.
Note: Free shipping applies only to orders over $150 (subtotal after promotions), excluding HI, AK, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, and is capped at $500 per order. Promotional and subscription free shipping uses standard UPS Ground.
Delayed or Missing Orders
If your order is delayed or appears lost, check the tracking information. Carriers may mark packages as delivered before they actually arrive. Allow 24-48 hours for delivery after receiving the “delivered” notice. If it still hasn’t arrived after 48 hours, please contact us within two weeks so we can assist with locating the package. Swizzle Market is not responsible for stolen packages; in such cases, filing a police report is recommended.
Incorrect Address Submissions
Shipping addresses are automatically generated based on your input at checkout. If an incorrect address was entered, please place a new order with the correct details and notify us about the initial order’s incorrect address. If the package is returned in good condition, we may issue a refund for the product cost.
Tip: Double-check your shipping information, especially when using ApplePay, PayPal, or ShopPay, as these systems may save outdated addresses. Swizzle Market cannot modify addresses stored in third-party payment portals.
Refunds, Returns, & Exchanges
Returns are accepted up to 14 days after delivery if the item is unopened, unused, and in original condition. Refunds will be issued for the order amount minus return shipping costs.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at orders@swizzlemarket.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis to ensure a satisfactory solution.
